Web System / SEO / Project Management

Create a future. NextCent Inc.

A Tokyo-based partner for web systems, SEO, and project management.

We build the system, make sure it gets found, and see the project through to delivery. NextCent handles web system development, SEO, and project management under one roof — in English or Japanese — helping businesses in Japan and abroad take their next step.

  • One team, from planning through development, marketing, and operations
  • Support in English and Japanese

Sound familiar?

  • 01

You want to build a system for the Japanese market, but don't know where to start

  • 02

Communication with your development vendor in Japan keeps breaking down

  • 03

Your site is live, but search traffic isn't growing

  • 04

You need a partner who understands both the technology and the business

  • 05

Time zones, culture, and business customs are slowing your project down

  • 06

You have no in-house IT team to turn to

When development, marketing, or project management stalls, the whole business stalls. NextCent takes on all three.

About us

We don't stop at launch.
We work backward from business results.

NextCent isn't a development shop that simply builds what it's told. Even the best system creates no value if no one uses it — or no one can find it.

Led by a founder who has run a large-scale portal site, built businesses in Singapore and Malaysia, and sold a company through M&A, we treat planning, development, marketing, and operations as one — and stay with you until you see results.

Three reasons clients choose NextCent

  1. Point 01

Designed by people who have run a business

We planned and ran our own portal site with about 2,700 partner stores, all the way through to its sale. We understand business models and revenue structures, and decide which features truly matter — and in what order.

  2. Point 02

Marketing built in from day one

We design site structure with SEO and advertising in mind. Instead of thinking about traffic after launch, we aim for a site that search engines and users understand from the day it goes live.

  3. Point 03

    Cross-border projects, led in English

Drawing on experience running local entities in Singapore and Malaysia and managing system development for overseas companies, we handle requirements, documentation, and presentations in English.

What we do

Our three services — project management, development, and marketing — can be engaged individually or in combination.

Service 01

Project Management

On the client's side, all the way to delivery.

“We don't know where to start.” “We're not on the same page as our vendor.” “We want to build with an overseas team.” When system development goes wrong, the cause is often not the technology, but how goals are shared and how the project is run. NextCent works on the client's side — understanding both technology and business — and drives the project through to delivery. We have managed system development projects for overseas companies in English, not just for clients in Japan.

  • Sites whose search traffic has plateaued after launch
  • Portals and other large sites with many pages
  • Strengthening SEO for English, Thai, or other international sites
  • Planning customer acquisition that combines SEO and advertising

Our SEO policy

  • We use only white-hat methods — never black-hat SEO
  • Centered on crawlability, we make the entire site semantic
  • We apply this approach not only to consulting, but as the foundation of our system development
